What do these Terms of Service cover?
These Terms of Service explain the general framework for discussing and delivering marketing work through Web3Do. They apply alongside the project-specific scope confirmed with you; that scope should identify the work, deliverables, timing, fees and any approval points relevant to the engagement. Read both documents before confirming a project.
A clear scope helps both sides distinguish the work being delivered from objectives that depend on other parties. Before approval, check that the requested platforms, campaign format, project accounts and handover expectations are stated accurately. If a detail is missing or unclear, ask for clarification in writing rather than relying on an assumption.
For an overview of our approach to coordinating work, see how we work. If you are assessing a possible engagement, the contact page is the place to raise questions and discuss the project before confirming its scope.
What information and approvals should a client provide?
Clients should provide accurate project information, authorized access and the materials needed for the agreed work. This may include approved brand assets, project descriptions, links, target audiences, platform accounts and any required restrictions on claims or wording. Share only access that is necessary for the agreed tasks, and make sure the person providing it is authorized to do so.
Review requested copy, creative and campaign details against your project facts before approving them. Tell the team about corrections or compliance requirements early enough to incorporate them into the work. A useful preparation checklist is:
- Confirm the correct project name, token or product details and destination links.
- Identify who can approve materials and provide one consolidated set of feedback.
- Flag restricted claims, jurisdictional considerations and platform-specific requirements.
- Keep credentials and confidential information within the agreed communication channels.
The privacy policy explains how personal information is addressed on the site. Do not send sensitive information unless it is needed for the work and the sharing method has been agreed.
How are crypto marketing deliverables defined?
Deliverables are the specific work items stated in the approved project scope, such as campaign preparation, content, coordination or a requested visibility placement. The scope should make clear what Web3Do will provide, which platforms are involved, and what information or approval is needed from the client. Use those details to assess completion rather than treating a campaign objective as an additional deliverable.
Before work begins, confirm the format and destination of each item, the review process and the expected timing. If you need to adjust a request, raise it before the change affects materials already approved or work already underway. The parties can then clarify in writing whether the revised request fits the current scope or needs a separate arrangement.
For campaign types involving platform visibility, the agreed work should describe the placement or coordination being delivered, not imply control over a platform's independent decisions. Related service areas are described under trending campaigns and listings and verification.
How should payment and scope changes be confirmed?
Use the applicable written scope or payment instructions to confirm the fee, payment timing and any project milestones. Do not assume a price, payment schedule or included task that has not been stated for your engagement. If you need a payment-method overview, see payment methods; confirm the method and instructions for your specific project before sending funds.
A change in platform, audience, deliverables, timing or approval requirements can affect the work. Describe the requested change in writing and ask for an updated scope before treating it as included. This gives both sides a record of the revised request and any resulting schedule or fee adjustment. Do not rely on informal messages as a substitute for confirming a material change in the agreed project details.
For questions about the commercial terms of a potential engagement, discuss them before approval. The pricing page provides the appropriate starting point for reviewing available service information; the project-specific scope remains the reference for what has been agreed.
Which platform outcomes are outside the agreed scope?
Web3Do can commit to the work and placements expressly described in an approved scope, but cannot control how an independent platform reviews or displays them. For CoinMarketCap or CoinGecko, eligibility checks and listing decisions are made by the relevant platform. On trending or discovery surfaces, ranking signals, placement rotation and continued visibility are also controlled by the platform and can change without Web3Do's direction.
When reviewing a proposed campaign, separate the deliverable from the hoped-for outcome. A written commitment to prepare or coordinate a stated placement is not a promise of listing approval, a particular rank, uninterrupted display or a specific audience response. Ask which part of the work is within the agreed scope and which result requires a platform decision. This distinction is especially important when a request involves listing review or a featured position.
If you have concerns about refunds or other remedies, review the applicable written agreement and the guarantees and refunds information before confirming work. Do not assume a remedy that is not stated in the documents for your engagement.
Frequently asked questions
Can you guarantee that a token will be listed or trend on CoinMarketCap or CoinGecko?
No. We can deliver only the work or placement stated in the approved scope. CoinMarketCap and CoinGecko control their own eligibility reviews and listing decisions; their ranking signals and the rotation of discovery placements are also outside Web3Do's control. Confirm which deliverable is included and treat platform approval or a particular position as a separate outcome, not a promised result.
